In order to keep the Hirschvogel Automotive Group successfully ongoing after the sudden death of Dr. Manfred Hirschvogel, important strategic decisions have been made in the past days. The Executive Board of Hirschvogel Holding GmbH will be taken over by Josef X. Baumeister as Chief Financial Officer and Spokesman of the Executive Board as well as by Dr. Dirk Landgrebe as Chief Technical Officer and Member of the Executive Board. Josef X. Baumeister (45), who has been in a leading function since 2003, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hirschvogel Holding GmbH at present and at the same time Chairman of the Board of the charitable Frank Hirschvogel Foundation. In addition he runs Hirschvogel Mitarbeiterbeteiligung GmbH (employee participation) as President. Dr. Dirk Landgrebe (44) started at Hirschvogel in 1999 as Director of Research and Development. Following he was Director of Production in our headquarters in Denklingen and during the past years President of Hirschvogel Automotive Components in China.
