We support our customers right from the initial idea for a part through to the finished component. A whole range of tools and expertise allow us to provide active assistance during the development process.
In-house simulation programs, for example, enable us to carry out topology and design optimizations as well as strength calculations. We are thus a full service supplier to our customers, developing ideas for parts and making these into optimum forged components. One of the largest forging simulation facilities world-wide (including a 20-node simulation cluster) guarantees the efficient and reliable development of the forging process for producing increasingly sophisticated parts.
Our many years’ experience in materials is demonstrated effectively by modern laboratory facilities which include a scanning electron microscope. Rapid prototype production and service life tests carried out during development or in serial production complete our spectrum of development expertise for the direct benefit of the customer.
