Hirschvogel Holding GmbH, the majority shareholder (51 %) of Hirschvogel Kalyani India Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture with the Indian automotive supplier Kalyani Thermal Systems Ltd. (KTSL), acquired the minority interest (49 %) of the partner. The company is now a 100 % subsidiary of the Hirschvogel Holding GmbH which operates in future under the name Hirschvogel Components India Pvt. Ltd.
